For those who downloaded ULTIMATE NINJA STORM 3: FULL BURST for PC, after you installed and played, it shows that the language is Russia, or any other language. In order to change the language that you preferred, you shall follow my steps below.
1. Open your folder location that you installed that game.
2. Search SKIDROW file, and double click it.
3. Find word language, then, change all the language that you preferred to.
# Language = "russian" ----> # Language = "english"
language = russian ----> language = english
4. After you change all the language, save it before close.
5. Enjoy your game. :D
